Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting your rights and obligations as a bno880 user.

To access the full range of services offered on the bno880 Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits — you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. Registration is free of charge and requires no payment to initiate.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any documentation submitted for KYC — is accurate, complete, and current;
• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited;
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously had a bno880 Account suspended or permanently closed for a terms violation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — username, password, and any SMS OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. bno880 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected] and change your password at once.

bno880 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Registration is not permitted from jurisdictions where online gaming services are prohibited by law.

bno880 operates a strict 18+ policy. Access to, and use of, the Platform is available exclusively to adults aged 18 years or older. This restriction applies uniformly to all product categories on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering feature.

By registering a bno880 Account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you understand that underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If bno880 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User may be under the age of 18, the Account will be suspended pending age verification. During suspension, no bets may be placed, no deposits accepted, and no withdrawals processed.

In addition to the age requirement, Users must satisfy the following eligibility conditions to maintain an active Account:

• The User must not be self-excluded from bno880 or any other platform operating under the same operational group;
• The User must not be subject to a court order, regulatory ruling, or legal restriction that prohibits gambling activity;
• The User must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party in the use of bno880 services;
• The User must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bno880 employee or contractor with operational access to platform systems.

bno880 supports responsible access to online gaming services and provides self-exclusion, deposit limit, and session time reminder tools to all registered Users. Details of these tools are available on the Responsible Gaming page.

All financial transactions on bno880 are conducted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). bno880 operates a native BDT wallet, eliminating currency conversion fees for Bangladesh players. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as bank transfers via major Bangladeshi commercial banks.

Deposit Terms: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of the deposit and potential Account suspension. bno880 does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawal Terms: Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. bno880 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of real-money funds are not subject to wagering requirements. However, withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms — see Section 5.

bno880 reserves the right to delay or withhold processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or resolution of an outstanding dispute related to the Account. In such cases, the User will be notified by email within 24 hours of the hold being applied.

bno880 offers a range of promotional bonuses — including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-relevant occasions. All promotions are governed by the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

By opting into any bno880 promotion and accepting any Bonus Funds, you agree to be bound by the following general bonus terms:

• Eligibility: Promotions are available to registered, verified bno880 Users aged 18 and above. bno880 reserves the right to exclude specific Users from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or terms violations.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed using real-money bets placed on qualifying games or markets. Certain game categories — including live dealer tables above specified stake levels — may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account, unless a specific promotion states a different validity period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus play is capped at 10x the value of the bonus credited. Any winnings exceeding this cap derived solely from Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account on withdrawal.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is still active and subject to wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonus Funds have no cash equivalent and may not be transferred between accounts or converted into any form of currency outside the bno880 Platform.
• Abuse Prevention: bno880 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to suspend an Account, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine play, or coordinated multi-account abuse.

All sports betting, live casino gaming, slots play, fishing game sessions, and crash game rounds conducted on the bno880 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published within the Platform interface for individual titles or bet types.

Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other listed competitions — are offered at bno880's discretion. Market availability, available bet types, and odds are subject to change up to the commencement of play. For live in-play markets, bno880 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice due to technical issues, data feed interruptions, or event circumstances.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bno880. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is issued and displayed to the User. bno880 reserves the right to void any bet placed using erroneous odds arising from a technical error, data feed failure, or manual pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's wallet.

Maximum Winnings: bno880 applies a maximum single-event payout cap. Specific per-event and per-sport maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Winnings exceeding the cap will be settled at the cap value.

Casino & Slots: All casino games and slots on the Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing bodies. Results are independent for each game round. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.

Suspicious Activity: bno880 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, collusion between players, exploitation of a software vulnerability, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform. In serious cases, the Account may be suspended and winnings from affected rounds withheld pending investigation.

By maintaining a bno880 Account, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interactions;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform under any identity, device, or payment method;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, financial fraud, or the transfer of proceeds of illegal activity;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any technical tool to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or access Platform features in place of genuine human interaction;
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your Account;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer game environment on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with bno880 support staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to access the administrative, backend, or technical infrastructure of the Platform without authorisation.

bno880 will cooperate fully with any lawful request from Bangladeshi law enforcement or regulatory bodies concerning User activity on the Platform. Where bno880 is legally required to disclose User information or freeze Account funds as part of a lawful investigation, it will do so without prior notice to the User concerned.

bno880 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a User has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where continued account operation presents a risk to the Platform's integrity or other users.

Voluntary Closure: Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon processing a voluntary closure request, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Involuntary Suspension: Where bno880 suspends an Account due to suspected fraud, terms violation, or security investigation, withdrawals will be held pending resolution. bno880 will notify the User of a suspension via their registered email address within 48 hours of the suspension being applied, unless notification would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

Permanent Closure for Terms Violations: Where an Account is permanently closed due to a confirmed terms violation — including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, fraud, or prohibited conduct — any balance held in the Account at the time of closure, including both real-money and Bonus Funds, will be forfeited. bno880 will not reinstate permanently closed accounts under any circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to bno880's operational jurisdiction. bno880 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via account notification or email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
